Starting July 1st, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked, and some noise is expected between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM due to facade repairs. Check-ins before 11:00 AM or after 9:00 PM incur a $90 penalty due to limited on-site staff availability during those hours. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet will be charged for the duration of your stay. Guests after 9 pm a Late Arrival Fee of $40 will be charged. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a penalty of $500 will be applied in the case of smoking in the unit.
