Studios receive two adult amenity passes, and minors must be accompanied at all times. A late check-in fee of $40 applies for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking and parties are prohibited, with a penalty of $500 for violations. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM.
