On-site valet services are available: Overnight Valet is $75/day (+$3 gratuity) and includes in-and-out privileges with payment required upfront for the entire stay; Hourly / Regular Valet is $50 (+$3 gratuity) and has a standard hourly rate with no in-and-out privileges. Nearby parking can be reserved for $35/day. A pet fee of $150 per pet will be charged for the duration of your stay. You'll be close to Brickell City Centre (3 min), Wholefoods (4 min), Wynwood Walls (15 min), South Beach & Miami Beach (15 min), Ocean Drive & South Pointe Park Pier (15 min), Bayside Marketplace (5 min), Bayfront Park (7 min), Kaseya Arena (9 min), Adrienne Arsht Center (5 min), Little Havana (10 min), Miami Circle Park (2 min), and the Everglades (40 min). Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed. Check-in time is after 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only (Friday to Sunday). Weekday (Monday to Thursday) access is not available. Due to facade repairs starting July 1st, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked, and some noise is expected between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Studios receive 2 adult amenity passes; minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool. Please refrain from dyeing your hair while in the apartment. Please Note: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only (Saturday & Sunday). Due to ongoing exterior building maintenance, the weekend pool schedule may vary. Please message us to confirm if the pool will be open during your stay. Exterior work will begin on July 1st, and some noise may be expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
