The use of cell phones or any electrical devices is strictly prohibited in the wet areas of the building, with a daily fine of $200 USD for non-compliance. Access to building amenities requires check-in through the Main Administration Office during business hours. Arrivals outside these hours will need to wait until the next business day to complete check-in and access amenities. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Towels should not be used to remove makeup, and washcloths are not provided. All soiled and damaged towels and linens will be subject to a fee. Lost linens or apartment keys will incur an additional cost for replacement. Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone. Trash rooms are located next to units ending in 01, and garbage bags should be tossed into the trash chute. Boxes and bottles must be taken to the Ground Level.
