Will be at property 1/6/23 between 8-10am. Will be freshly painted, all tile home. In door laundry room , 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms one is a shower and one is a tub. Appliances not included. It is a good neighborhood all the neighbors have been there for 20+ years. Schools are very close. Grocery stores are close food city and Fry's Mercado with in 1/2 a mile of the home. The I-10 is about a half mile away making it very convenient and fast for traveling. We are looking for long term renters on a month to month contract. Renter is responsible for all utilities all appliances. No smoking at all in the home. $35 late fee per day that rent is late. No broken down vehicles allowed on property. It is a month to month contract but we are looking for long term renters. Will discuss more in person.
