Back at the home, relaxation comes in spades on the multi-level deck equipped with comfortable lounge seating and your preference of spending your well-earned downtime in the sun or shade. On the lower-level patio, clean your fresh catch of the day at the prep tables and throw it on the included grill for a delicious lunch. This home is equipped with one (1) exterior doorbell camera security system, mounted on the stair entrance and actively monitoring the parking lot. Common HOA areas including the dock, beach, boat launch, and boat slip are at your own risk. Each resident and guest will be required to sign a waiver of acknowledgment. The house includes everything you need to live comfortably with ample furnishings such as silverware, pots, pans, linens, and towels. For your leisure, the house also comes with two paddle boards, two hybrid sailing kayaks, life jackets of varying sizes, a beach cart, and a charcoal grill. Tenants are expected to keep the house, furnishings, and other included items generally clean and in good shape. Periodic cleaning services are available for an extra fee, which includes cleaning/exchanging all linens. A local property manager will be on-call to remedy any issues with the house.
