We are selling our condo in the Nipper’s Corner/Crieve Hall area. My wife bought it new in 2009 and it has been lovingly cared for ever since. It has two bedrooms, one bath, a very functional kitchen, a dining area, and a bright living room. There is also a great porch/balcony and an outside storage closet. Situated on the third and top floor so you don’t have to worry about people stomping around above you! This is a great part of town that has everything you need nearby. The complex is very safe and well maintained. Our neighbors are friendly and welcoming. The HOA fee is a very reasonable $126 a month. All outside maintenance is taken care of. Plenty of green space to walk your dog. Abundant sidewalks, lovely landscaping, and a reserved parking spot. Wow, I’m about to talk myself out of moving! The condo has been a great place for us to live over the past few years, but now we are moving to the country. Our house is still under construction (we are building it ourselves), but the plan is to be moved by Thanksgiving. So we are looking to close around the end of November.
