We are selling our condo in the Nipper’s Corner/Crieve Hall area. My wife bought it new in 2009 and it has been lovingly cared for ever since. The HOA fee is a very reasonable $126 a month. All outside maintenance is taken care of. Plenty of green space to walk your dog. Abundant sidewalks, lovely landscaping, and a reserved parking spot. Wow, I’m about to talk myself out of moving! The condo has been a great place for us to live over the past few years, but now we are moving to the country. Our house is still under construction (we are building it ourselves), but the plan is to be moved by Thanksgiving. So we are looking to close around the end of November.
