There is an Easement in the Warranty Deed that contains utilities and by Arkansas Law, I believe it is NOW ILLEGAL to Land-lock Parcels. This unique and gorgeous site presents challenges but for a qualified and savvy Investor-This could be a windfall! Minerals are not attached and are separate from surface and this land comes with a Warranty Deed. There’s tall Timber with hardwood and pine.
