Fee of $250 for late payment. Laundry is provided in the garage. Always remember to water the trees along the street with the drain hose (specific instructions upon signing). The outdoor shower and tub are also set up for watering outdoor plants. There are also rain barrels and buckets to water plants, which keeps the water usage to a minimum. If there are any home maintenance issues please notify me immediately. Appliances are available for use only while leasing the property. If any appliance breaks, it is your responsibility to repair or replace it if you want it. If renting it furnished and any object or furniture in the house breaks, you are responsible to replace it if you want to use it. (This applies to normal wear and tear only.) Any intentional or excessive damage to the property or home furnishings will be assessed and charged accordingly. If I need to enter the property for any reason I will give you 24 hours notice.
