If you have a pet(s), then there will be a $1,500 non-refundable pet deposit. 2. If you want to rent month-to-month, I will require your monthly income to be at least be 3x the rent to qualify. First month + non refundable security deposit of $1500 ($3,000 total) due upon moving in. If you have a pet(s), then there will be a $1,500 non-refundable pet deposit. Rental application required.
