My family and I have created an amazing rental space for you. This is a unique area of the island that is highly sought after. Kapaka road is home to long time residents, a quiet beautiful neighborhood, within striking distance of Princeville Shopping Center and all the beaches nearby. Enjoy mountain views and beautiful sunsets from the lanai on our 3.75 acre lot. We have customized the upstairs lockoff unit so that you will have a separate main entrance that takes you upstairs to a spacious living area, a beautiful custom kitchen complete with 36" gas range, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and a beautiful breakfast nook with views of Namahana and Hi'i'manu. The upstairs also includes a lanai, a "powder room", and a master bedroom featuring A/C, complete with an XL soaking tub, 2 walk in closets and a large bedroom with a California king bed. The house will be considered "fully furnished". House is complete with kitchen essentials, large sectional couch, and bed. I have ordered laundry machines are being installed soon. The property is gated and you will have your own parking space. Open to gardening plots and access to the entire property is permitted for your enjoyment to walk around. FYI This will feel like an apartment, as our family of 6 (4 children under 10) live in the downstairs. You will need to be comfortable with children running around in the front yard, things like that. For your information, there are a couple of other rentals placed 500 feet away and the driveway is shared. Thanks for your interest in renting! Aloha We live in an area where we can only do a minimum of 6 months. Utility costs are included in the monthly fee. We ask that there only be 1 vehicle on property at a time. Minimal visitation on property, no more than 1-2 people visiting. Quiet hours are between 8:30 p.m. 8 a.m. No smoking on property No substance or alcohol abuse If maintenance is needed please notify me. Any changes to the property (including nailing/screwing into wall) please ask for permission.
