    What's special

1 $1200 Master Bedroom available in a 2 bedroom/2 Bath Apartment in Van Ness This is a great opportunity for a young professional who wants to live in DC. The master bedroom in a two bedroom apartment will be available July 1 2016. The room is $1200 a month plus utilities (electric/cable/internet). You will have the large master bedroom (lots of natural light), with your own bathroom and two closets. The apartment has a small entryway, a large Kitchen, and dining/living room area. Your roommate will be a 24-year-old young professional. She is looking for a young professional. Social is great, but responsible is a must. The apartment is in the Archstone Connecticut Heights Property. We have a great outdoor pool, fitness center, and 24/7 Front Security Desk in the main building that signs for all of your packages. Archstone also has an app so you can put in service requests (which are completed in 24 hours). You have access to the indoor pool and tennis courts across the street. There is laundry on each floor of the building. The amenities are great and there is a one time fee of $200 lease fee. The security deposit is $250. Our building is less than 10 minutes walk to both the Van Ness and Tenleytown Metro. The L1, L2, & L4 have bus stops right on Connecticut Avenue (less than a minute away). All of the buses end up downtown in Farragut/Dupont/McPherson Square. There is also a lot of street parking. I am not subletting my apartment, but rather removing my name from the lease and adding yours. This way you have the option to extend the lease. All you need is bedroom furniture (I may be willing to sell my furniture depending on price). I had a wonderful time here, but am leaving to move for a job opportunity. I wish I could stay.
