The kitchen and baths have tile. The kitchen has Hi-Mac solid ( like corian) counter tops with integrated sink and new garbage disposal. In 2014 a new roof was installed Other improvements include pull down attic stairs, gutters and a full glass storm door. There is a surge protector in the electrical box.
