Feel at home in this large 2-bedroom, 2-bath suite at Coral Resort, located on the 2nd floor. This sunlit suite offers a beautiful water view and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The suite features an open layout with a large living area and a full kitchen equipped with a full fridge, coffee maker, microwave, plates, cups, silverware, and cooking supplies. There is also a dining table for 6 and a cozy sofa with pillows and blankets. For entertainment, a Smart TV is provided. Beach gear is available for guest use. This apartment is located in a beachside neighborhood with bars, cafes, ice cream shops, boutique stores, and restaurants all within walking distance. Clearwater Beach is right across the street. Construction is expected to continue until September 30, 2025, on the bottom units, including the downstairs doors and bathroom. These areas will not be accessible during your stay, and you may experience some noise during daytime hours on weekdays. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. Anyone under 25 will be refused entry and the reservation will be canceled without a refund. No parties are allowed at any time. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Regular pest treatment is in place, but it is common to see pests due to heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders. No refunds are offered for pest sightings, but prompt assistance is available if needed. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps. Please refrain from launching or purchasing any new subscriptions on the TV. Any unauthorized subscriptions or charges will be billed back to the guest at the cost of the subscription plus a $25 service fee. Please keep the thermostat set to "AUTO" mode and do not set the temperature lower than 71F to prevent system issues.
