Feel at home in this peaceful, waterfront studio suite at Coral Resort, offering 250 sq ft of space. This quiet corner location accommodates up to 3 guests, with small child exceptions possible. This suite features two twin Murphy beds and a futon sofa that opens into a full-sized bed. Bedding is provided, and guests can request set-up prior to arrival. Enjoy plenty of natural sunlight and a cozy sofa with pillows and blankets. Entertainment is provided by a ROKU TV in guest mode and cable. The apartment-sized kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner electric stove with oven, an apartment-sized refrigerator/freezer with ice trays, a blender, toaster, Keurig and drip coffee makers, a tea kettle, plates, cups, silverware, cooking supplies, a dish drying rack with mat, a kitchen sponge, dish soap, and a microwave. A dining table for 2 is available. Starter supplies include toilet paper, paper towels, hand, face and dish soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and towels. Enjoy direct heated pool access and beach gear, including beach towels and 2 beach chairs. Parking is available on-site and included in your stay. You must use a parking pass provided at check-in and make sure this pass is visible on the dashboard of your vehicle. Located on the intracoastal side of Clearwater Beach, this suite offers beautiful water views right outside your door. The beach is just 2 blocks away, and cafes, restaurants, and bars are within walking distance. No car is needed. The bottom units, including the downstairs doors and bathroom, are currently under construction and will not be accessible until September 30, 2025. You will likely see some debris, and you can expect some noise during daytime hours on weekdays. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. No parties are allowed at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. Anyone under 25 will be refused entry and the reservation will be canceled without a refund. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Please keep the thermostat set to "AUTO" mode and do not set the temperature lower than 71F to prevent system issues. While we treat regularly, occasional ants, spiders, or roaches may appear due to heat; no refunds are issued, but we're happy to address any problems!
