Welcome to unit D-5 at the Coral Resort, a boutique resort just 2 blocks from Clearwater Beach! Feel at home in this beautifully renovated unit, perfectly situated to capture natural sunlight during the day while providing peace and quiet at night. Note that D-5 is not a direct waterview unit. This unit features an open layout with hardwood floors, a comfy sofa, a full kitchen with a stainless steel fridge (no dishwasher), and a full bathroom with a faux marble walk-in shower. Toiletries, kitchen supplies, linens, and towels are provided. Enjoy the year-round heated pool and tropical courtyard for lounging. Guests can also enjoy the private fishing dock, perfect for fishing or watching dolphins swim by. Complimentary parking is available. The Coral Resort is located on Clearwater Beach. The immediate area is full of restaurants, cafes, boutique stores, and coffee shops, and it's a 2-minute walk to the beach. Everything is within walking distance! The bottom units, including the downstairs doors and bathroom, are currently under construction and will not be accessible during your stay. Expect to see some debris and noise during daytime hours on weekdays until September 30, 2025. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. No parties are allowed at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. Anyone under 25 will be refused entry and the reservation will be canceled without a refund. Check-in time is 4 PM EST and checkout time is 10 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up).
