This suite offers a full bed that can go up to make room, a comfy sofa, and a smart TV. The full kitchen includes a stove and a dining area for three. Kitchen supplies, toiletries, linens, towels, and a drip coffee maker with coffee are provided. Enjoy access to the heated pool, fishing dock, and courtyard. Free parking and Wi-Fi are included for your convenience. Located just two blocks from the sandy beach, this suite is right on the water with an uninterrupted view of dolphins and boats. You'll find plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes, and shops right outside the door. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. Anyone under 25 will be refused entry and the reservation will be canceled without a refund. No parties are allowed at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the rental. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Please keep the thermostat set to "AUTO" mode and do not set the temperature lower than 71F to prevent system issues.
