This studio suite, Unit B-3, is not on the ground floor and features an open layout with a shared balcony offering a beautiful view. The accommodation includes a full bed that can be adjusted to make room, a comfy sofa, a SMART TV, and a dining area for three. The full kitchen is equipped with a stove, kitchen supplies, toiletries, linens, towels, and a drip coffee maker with coffee provided. The full bathroom includes a walk-in shower. Free parking is available on-site, and Wi-Fi is included for your convenience. On-site laundry facilities are also free to use. Located just two blocks from the sandy beach and right on the water, the Coral Resort offers an uninterrupted view of dolphins and boats. The neighborhood is a beautiful beach-side area with everything within walking distance, including plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes, and shops right outside the door. Due to ongoing hurricane repairs, the pool and laundry facilities may be unavailable during your stay, and there will be active construction on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. No parties are allowed at any time, and no smoking or vaping is allowed inside the rental, with a $250 penalty for violations. In case of a lockout, a fee of $125 will be charged, or $200 if outside regular business hours. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors' projects or renovations. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps. Please keep the thermostat set to "AUTO" mode and do not set the temperature lower than 71F to prevent system issues.
