The suite also features a hot top for cooking (no full oven), a full fridge, plates, cups, silverware, cooking supplies, a coffee maker (drip), a microwave, and a dining table for 2. The sitting area includes a cozy sofa with pillows and blankets and a ROKU TV. The bathroom features a walk-in, tiled shower, a toilet and fish bowl sink, and spa soap. Enjoy direct pool access and beach gear. Free parking is available on-site. Cafes, restaurants, and bars are right outside the resort in this beachside neighborhood. Everything is walkable. The bottom units, including the downstairs doors and bathroom, are currently under construction and will not be accessible until September 30, 2025. Expect to see some debris and noise during daytime hours on weekdays. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. No parties are allowed at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the rental. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged.
