The Michelin-quality kitchen includes a double-door stainless steel fridge with purified water dispenser, oven, stovetop, microwave, farmhouse sink, island seating for two, floating shelves, a dual Keurig (K-Cup + drip) coffee maker, and a dishwasher. Enjoy entertainment with two smart TVs (one in the bedroom and one in the living room) and a chic L-shaped sofa. The bathroom features a walk-in tiled shower with a glass door and a modern floating vanity. Parking is on-site and included in your stay. You must use a parking pass provided at check-in. Clearwater Beach is a tourist area with plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes, ice cream shops, and boutiques within a very short walk. Parties are not allowed at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. Anyone under 25 will be refused entry and the reservation will be canceled without a refund. Bottom units, including the downstairs doors and bathroom, are currently under construction and will not be accessible during your stay. Expect some noise during daytime hours on weekdays until September 30, 2025. Unless otherwise stated, all check-in times are 4 PM EST and checkout times are 10 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up).
