The Boho Seaside is our unit B-4, a studio suite with direct views of the intracoastal waterway and a standing-room-only balcony. The open layout provides ample space and sunlight, featuring a full bed that accommodates up to 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with a stove top and oven, full fridge, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and a high-top table for two. The cozy sitting area includes a couch, ottoman, and a 55-inch ROKU TV. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink with spa soap provided. Parking is free and included with your stay. Guests must retrieve their parking pass at the front desk. Wi-Fi is included, and there is on-site coin-operated laundry available. Coral Resort is situated on Clearwater Beach, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, boutique stores, and coffee shops. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away, and everything is easily walkable. Due to ongoing hurricane repairs, the pool and laundry facilities may be unavailable during your stay, and there will be active construction on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, including providing a photo ID and verification selfie. The balcony is shared with the neighboring unit, and the amenities are shared among 20+ units, so guest interaction is likely. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No parties are allowed at any time, and a $250 penalty applies if smoking is detected inside the rental. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. Lockouts incur a fee of $125, or $200 if outside regular business hours. A 4% processing fee applies to all transactions, including refunds. Weapons are not allowed on the property without prior written approval, and violations result in immediate removal and a $250 penalty.
