Guest bedroom has a king bed with private bath. Other guest bedroom has a queen with detached bathroom.
There is also a nursery room that has a crib

Pets have a one time $200 fee.
30 day notice to cancel or vacate is required. Anything under that is nonrefundable. Deposit is non-refundable. if cancel lease less than 30 days notice.
