The water traffic is minimal going past our house, with it dead ending only the local neighbors use it as a thoroughfare. We hear the odd party every now and again across the water. Have seen the odd seal. There are a few geese and duck families which some neighbors feed and of course it has an abundance of fish which are visible from the deck and pretty easy to catch off the dock.
