During the summer you can enjoy the King Saturday Market just across the street or just pass an afternoon under the pergola on the back patio surrounded by the fragrance of jasmine and gardenia flowers. Our house is also close to several of Portland's parks, BIKETOWN stations, and not far from downtown. Owner pays garbage and water/sewer. Renter responsible for all other utilities.
