The Landlord agrees to pay for the following utilities and services: Lawn service and monthly pool service shall be provided by the Landlord. All other utilities and services will be the responsibility of the Tenant(s). Lease on the solar panels shall be discussed with Tenant(s) and mutual agreement included with this lease prior to final signing. LEASE TERM. The term of this Agreement shall be a fixed-period arrangement of 1 year. The Tenant(s) shall have the option to continue occupying the Premises, under the same terms and conditions of this Agreement, but under an at-will, month-to-month arrangement.
