Our home sit on 2/14 treed acres that backs up to a creek and is a corner lot. Flower beds are maintained and added to each spring. We added a large concrete slab to the back patio. The pool is above ground and sunk 2'. It is 16x32 with a wood deck around 1/2 of it. I think we have one of the prettiest lots and spring is my favorite time of the year. I take much pride in my flower beds and never really know what will bloom each year. We had a 30x40 fully insulated metal shop built in, I believe, 2014. The master is large. Master bath has a corner jetted tub and nice size walk in closet. The living room is large as well. It is a GREAT place to entertain. If you are looking for a bit of country living with Rockwall and Greenville less than 15 miles each way then then this is your home.
