Nestled into the trees, and just 3 miles from downtown Portland, our beautiful 3Bed 2Bath fully furnished home awaits you. The HUGE covered front porch with gazebo eating area is very inviting. Sit and watch the rain fall around you while you remain dry. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and listen to the sound of the native birds flying overhead. We welcome kids and pets! We have a flat front yard that the ride-on toys can be played with on. The back yard is 1/3 acre of manicured gardens. Birdhouses in nearly every tree of our fenced yard. We also have a hot tub in the back, overlooking the lush landscape. Inside our Portland home we have a living room with an over-sized couch and a small flat screen TV. A dining table that seats 5, and a highchair for little ones (stored in the basement). A fully stocked kitchen complete with everything you will need for preparing meals. Outside sits a gas BBQ. The 1st bedroom has a king-sized bed, a twin bed, and a toddler race car bed. It also has a walk-in closet and a deck off the room overlooking the backyard. The 1st bedroom is LOADED with toys, appropriate for kids of all ages. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed & a full sized baby crib. It also has a changing table for the little ones. The third bedroom is the master and features a king-sized bed and an on-suite bathroom. This home has two full bathrooms, with tub/shower combos. In the basement, we have a washer and dryer, a sitting area, and a Foosball Table. Our home has EVERYTHING you will need. It is very charming; we have been told it looks like a Bed & Breakfast. The decor is very cottage-chic. We would love to have you stay! This home requires at least a 6-month lease. Also note that this home is not baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this rental. There are some stairs inside and outside. Dog friendly- Up to three, with additional fees and deposits. CANCELLATIONS A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee). Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 60 days away, we do charge a $250 restocking fee to make this adjustment. COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY We are following the industry standard recommended guidelines for cancellations and refunds regarding the COVID-19 Virus. Bookings made prior to March 15th 2020, with an arrival date of May 31st 2020 qualify for a full refund. Outside of that, we are upholding our normal cancellation policy. By booking, you are acknowledging and agreeing to this, even in this ever-evolving current climate. Thank you for your understanding.
