THICK walls/ceiling, you can't hear anyone above you, and there's basically no one living beside you! The apartment is 470 sq ft. Extremely safe neighborhood. Great location, right next to the bus stop and super close to Safeway. You'll have access to a private pool which is usable all summer from around May-September. You'll get a reserved, off-street parking space in the back of the building. The rental management company is amazing -- the best I've ever rented from! They will not just drop in on you randomly, but will give notice if they need to do something, and they are very respectful of privacy. The maintenance team is super helpful and friendly, and respond quickly to maintenance issues. PLEASE TEXT/EMAIL, DON'T CALL! Thank you! Rent is $1597 per month without utilities like trash, water, gas, pest control, storm water, etc. Those utilities are usually about $50-$70 extra, so I'd expect to pay around $1650-$1670 per month. Plus you will need Xcel which is normally around $30 per month. The security deposit is super cheap at $300. When applying to rent, there is a one-time $50 application fee. There will also be a one-time $200 admin fee once you're approved, plus the $300 security deposit. Altogether not too bad paying $550 to sign the lease, instead of a month or two's rent for the security deposit like a lot of places!
