Water's Edge cabin is one of the few cabins that actually sits on the beautiful Mountain Fork River. Built in 2023 it sleeps 11 and is 1,984 sq ft. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open concept and the entire back wall are windows that allow you to see beautiful views of the river. So whether you are cooking in the well appointed kitchen, enjoying your breakfast in the dining room or sitting in front of the 2 story stone fireplace you will have spectacular river views. Across the river from the cabin is a nature preserve so your views will always be incredible. The back deck has a stone outdoor fireplace, living room area, dining area and hot tub. The deck has stairs that lead directly to the waters edge where you can swim, kayak, fish or sit and enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine while sitting by the fire pit. The cabin has 3 king suites each with its own ensuite. The bunk room has a queen bed with a twin bunk on top and a set of twin bunk beds. The bunk room has a spacious bathroom right across the hall. The outdoor fire place on the back porch and the fire pit are both wood burning. We provide one set up for one fire. Water's Edge is located in Broken Bow Retreat and is a master planned gated community. Resting on 80 acres, this breathtaking oasis is within three hours from Dallas. For the fishing enthusiast you will be pleased to know that there are trout, black bass, small mouth bass, crappie, pike and walleye (just to name a few) that can be caught right outside the cabin.
