This rental isn't a party pad or the neighborhood hangout spot. It includes all utilities, WI-FI, electric, heat, air conditioning, 22" Roku TV, microwave, coffee pot, clothes wardrobe, refrigerator, two wicker dressers, two wicker night stands, wicker chair, queen bed, 32" square table and two chairs. It has new sheets, new comforter, new shower curtain and liner, new towels and bath clothes, and the carpet was recently professionally cleaned. No stove or washer/dryer, but the landlord offers to do laundry for $10 per load. Proof of employment and/or proof of a consistent income is required. Pros: $650 a month includes all utilities and all outside property maintenance. It has onsite waterfront access for paddle boarding, swimming or watching sunsets. You'll have use of a patio area overlooking a scenic backyard with mature trees on the entire property. Cons: it is only one bedroom and one bathroom, no stove, no washer/dryer, but the landlord offers to do laundry for $10 per load. Your private entrance is through the garage. No pets of any kind, no smoking inside, however smoking is permitted outside.
