Credit Criteria: - Negative or adverse debt showing on consumer credit report will require a security deposit not to exceed one and a half month's rent and/or qualified co-signers. - 6 or more unpaid collections (not related to medical expenses) will result in denial of the application. - Bankruptcies must be fully discharged for a minimum of twelve months. Active bankruptcies will result in a denial. Smoking: No smoking is allowed on the premises, including the deck or yard. Marijuana: The growing or smoking of marijuana on premises is prohibited.
