Just 10 minutes to the beach, in a gate guarded neighborhood with a community pool. My home is nicely decorated and quiet. I work outside the home and prefer a roomie that does as well. Looking for someone that would like at least a 6 month lease to start, but it's a month to month rental. No pets (I do have a cat); No smoking No Smoking, No Pets. This is a month to month but I'm looking for someone that would prefer to stay 6 months to a year. Last renter stayed 4 1/2 years and the ones before that stay 2 years.
