A large 700 square foot dock with mooring poles is available for a personal or rented watercraft. We are just 7 mi. from LakePoint Sports and 2mi. for I-75. The house has recently been updated without losing its rustic charm. You will enjoy the cabin feel of the upstairs and a recently finished basement with plenty of space. The kitchen has new granite counter tops throughout and new stainless steel appliances. Our most recent remodel extended the house toward the lake and has a very large space for relaxing with a book or entertaining your party. The main deck spans the length of the house and has a remote controlled 25' SunSetter when shade is preferred. There is a concrete patio a short walk down by the water and a third deck overlooking the side yard where the flat grassy area becomes a great place for playing games or sunbathing. The acre of property has a gated entrance, is fenced, and is buffered by acres of land on each side insuring privacy. Convenient to I-75, the house offers easy access to local attractions (Braves, Lake Point Sporting Complex (see links for more info), Golf, and Shopping).
