The kitchen has a full-sized fridge, propane 2-burner stove, microwave, and large undermount sink with plumbed in-line water filtration. The dinette seats 4, and functions nicely as a work space or reading nook. The queen-sized bed folds up to reveal a loveseat if desired. A small human could get away with keeping the couch in its upright position and using less of the allotted space for a sleeping zone (see photos). The space is bright yet cozy, stylishly and thoughtfully decorated, and has unrestricted and abundant street parking 15 feet away. Shared laundry is located in the basement of our house right next door on the same property. This studio is a great option for someone looking for their own, private space at an affordable price for anywhere from 3-6 months.
