Looking for 21-30 age range ideally. No pets please. Lease dates from 10/1/2025-07/31/2025, October 1st move in. Your room: Basement unit with its own bathroom and shower, full separate living room space to do what you please! Happy to get room measurements if needed, but would call it a medium sized room with lots and lots of privacy! Shared laundry room is in basement as well as some storage. Rent for the space is $1150/month and we split utilities evenly 4 ways. Deposit is $800 Your roommates: We are 3 young professionals operating on varying schedules. We like to keep a clean house in common spaces and enjoy a balance of hanging out together and our own space.
