Downtown, Uptown, Deep Ellum, and Knox Henderson are all less than ten minutes away, with major highways and premier business centers close at hand. Located right next to Swiss Avenue, the area is renowned for its tree-lined streets and magnificent multimillion-dollar estates showcasing architectural styles from grand Tudors and Colonials to elegant Mediterranean and Prairie designs. Designated as Dallas's first historic district, the neighborhood blends timeless character with modern sophistication. Stroll or bike past beautifully preserved mansions, enjoy nearby cafes and fine dining, or head a few minutes west to the arts, culture, and nightlife of downtown Dallas. This celebrated avenue offers a unique mix of classic charm, upscale living, and unmatched convenience. There is gated parking in the back of the property for guests. Please limit your parking to one vehicle behind the gate. If you have a visitor, please have them utilize street parking. Guests are okay to receive packages at their units. Be sure to provide the same access details for the building that you were provided at check-in. For Amazon deliveries, many guests also utilize Amazon Locker. Our property does not have mailboxes on site. Though USPS may still drop off mail, it is not reliable and may result in mail getting lost. We recommend having your mail sent via FedEx, UPS or DHL. If you must use USPS, we can provide a forwarding address to have mail sent care of. There is a 2-time limit for receiving mail. If you anticipate that you will be receiving mail frequently, we recommend getting a PO Box locally or having mail sent to a trusted contact's address. We encourage all guests to utilize the courtyard area during their stay. Quiet hours are 9PM-9AM. Please try not to be too loud at any time. Trash is taken directly to the dumpster at the back of the property. If your trash bag appears to be leaking, please double bag. Please ensure you know how to properly operate our grills and clean up after yourself. Please exercise proper care when using the hot tub. When you are no longer using it, please make sure it is turned off and the cover is secure. No parties or events are permitted. Quiet hours are after 9:00 PM. No firearms are allowed on the property. Only registered guests are allowed without prior approval. Treat the unit with care and report any damage promptly. No smoking of any kind (including 420) inside the unit or courtyards. Smoking must occur at least 40 feet from the building. No pets unless pre-approved by the owner (1 pet max, 50 lbs or less, $100 non-refundable deposit). Unauthorized pets incur a $1,000 fine. Check-out is 12:00 PM sharp. Late departures may result in additional fees. Do not move furniture. A $50 fee applies if items are not returned to their original position at check-out. Any damages will be billed to the guest and reported to the platform you booked on. Upon confirmation of booking, the primary adult guest must send over a photo of ID (just the front is required). This is required per the building's security rules. Guests enjoy a seamless, private stay powered by a trusted partner's hospitality. The team is available daily for questions or special requests. You can reach them anytime by phone, text, or the booking platform's messaging system, and you're welcome to visit the Leasing Office between 9 AM and 6 PM for in-person assistance.
