Excellent schools. Must have proof of stable income of at least 3x monthly rent, clean background check, strong rental references, no evictions. Housetrained, well-behaved, non-aggressive pets considered with pet deposit and monthly pet rent. Amount of pet deposit and pet rent varies with pet(s). Tenant responsible for all utilities.
