This is a very nice neighborhood. I've lived here since 2005. Castle Management is an excellent property management company. I was impressed with the curb appeal back in 2005 and the property has continued to look good all along. This is a very convenient location. I like having Walmart around the corner. It is one of the best managed Walmarts I've been in. I get most groceries and incidentals there and like having it close by. Everything I need is conveniently located between SR 70 to the south and Manatee Ave to the north. This particular unit #403 has been a pleasure. I selected it for the southern exposure. Although not directly on the lake, I enjoy a water view surrounded by swaying palm trees from all rooms. The screened-in lanai is a treat offering a panoramic view from the gate, resort-style pool & clubhouse due east on the left to the sunset on the right. During Florida "winters" the orientation of this unit offers warmth and sunshine on cold days and the most light of most units on gloomy days. This is a very clean unit. Decorator tile throughout.
