I am moving to Florida in the next few weeks and I would like to someone to transfer my lease to. The lease is for a neat, 1st floor, 1bd/1br, corner apartment at the crossings at white marsh beginning on the 1st of August Rent is $1260 a month. As incentive, I'll pay for August's rent! We have only been at the apartment for about a month and a half on a 6-month lease, so everything is basically still the way it was when we first moved in (didn't even have time to unpack). Also, if you want to continue a new lease after this lease is up, you can without having to reapply. The apartment is located in the newer part of the crossings and everything put into the apartment (appliances, carpet, etc) looks brand new. It's also located about 5 minutes from the town center, plazas, dog parks, trails, you name it. Even though it was a short stay, we definitely enjoyed being so close to the restaurants, movies, the trails, and all that fun stuff.
Benefits of doing the lease takeover:
1) I'm leaving the $250 security deposit with the apartment (meaning: if you qualify for a $250 security deposit, then you don't owe them a security deposit. If you qualify for more then you'll have to pay the difference.
2) Another great thing, is that if you keep the apartment in order until the end of your time there and because the security deposit is refundable, you have the opportunity to get back my entire security deposit. That's free money.
3) You can come see the exact apartment you'll be staying in, not a model or another one on another floor.
4) Once our stuff is out then you can move your stuff in. You don't need to wait around for a specific day. It'll be flexible because you're dealing with me and not the leasing office.

2) Once approved, we sign a lease transfer.
3) I give you the keys and you move in.
Application Details:
1) Fill out application form provided in leading office.
2) Provide two forms of ID (DL, SS Card and/ or Birth cert)
3) Provide last two pay stubs The total before tax monthly salary of the adults in the apartment must be at least 3 times the monthly rent. That means if it's you and your spouse moving in, your combined salaries need to be at least $3780 a month.
4) Security Deposit already provided.
5) Provide app fee ($30 per applicant- check or money order)
