Our house has been a one owner home since it was built in 1999. We have taken very good care of the home during the years. Only reason we would like to sell this house is to buy more acrage elsewhere. This house sits on a corner lot with 5acres of land. Approx. 3 acres includes a newly dug pond. I designed the gunite pool in 2007 in an "L SHAPE". Holds approx. 35,000 gallons of water and measures: 20x40 north and south, then approx. 20x26 going east and west. Tile in kitchen, laundry room, pantry, and both bathrooms.
