Our house has been a one owner home since it was built in 1999. We have taken very good care of the home during the years. Only reason we would like to sell this house is to buy more acrage elsewhere. This house sits on a corner lot with 5acres of land. Approx. 3 acres includes a newly dug pond. I designed the gunite pool in 2007 in an "L SHAPE". Holds approx. 35,000 gallons of water and measures: 20x40 north and south, then approx. 20x26 going east and west. There is a horseshoe shaped hot tub attached to pool in the shallow end which also acts as a waterfall. Also, the pool has an upgraded "S slide" and diving board in place. Small house beside the pool has a toilet, cable, and refrigerator in working order. Inside the home, the ceiling in the living room is vaulted (25ft high). The ceilings in dining room and front bedroom both have vaulted ceilings at 15ft high. There is a water softener that was added to run throughout home. Fireplace in living room is gas which easily turns on by remote control. 2009 new Architectural shingles placed on roof which are good for 30yrs. Changed out air conditioner in 2009 as well. Concrete drive. Storm windows. 2015 placed laminate flooring throughout majority of home in a high gloss walnut color with carpet in bedrooms and office only. Tile in kitchen, laundry room, pantry, and both bathrooms.
