I live in beautiful City Palms in Downtown West Palm Beach. Unfortunately (and I do mean unfortunately) I have to move and need someone to assume my lease. I need to move by Feb 29th, and my lease expires June 30th, 2012. That 4 months renting a downtown 3-bdr at an extremely low $1999 per/month, at which time you will have the option to renew the lease.The reason this is a good deal:I got in early (2 1/2-years ago) and got a super low rate. If you assume my lease, you will get my rate.Rent on a 3-bedroom downtown is around $2300, especially with these amenities - That's if you can get a 3Br. they are rare). This is the only way to get this sort of rate.
