This has been an Airbnb for the last few years and has everything you need and more. From the fully equipped kitchen to the beautiful yard with a patio table and a gas fireplace. We will maintain all landscaping. 1-3 month lease. Lease includes all utilities (electric up to $150, renter responsible for anything over this amount). No smoking 1 small dog will be considered upon approval. 30 day notice of cancellation required. Application must be received before a tour is scheduled. Owner pays gas, internet & water/trash. Owner will cover up to $150 towards PG&E, which typically runs about $90. No smoking allowed. 1 small dog allowed upon approval. No parking on lawn area. Last month's rent due at signing.
