The master bedroom has a queen bed, a smart TV with an attached private bathroom. The guest room has a full bed and twin bed and a pull-out mattress for the 6th guest with a full bathroom just across from the room. We have a small backyard that faces that main road, where you can sit out and enjoy a zip of coffee, provided complimentary. We have bought all new linens, towels and the kitchen is fully stocked with essentials for you to cook. There is one reserved covered parking space and the front door has an electronic keypad The Condo is available on April 1st (pro-rated rate for the month of April). The rental rate is $2,000 per month (includes HOA, water, sewer, garbage, electricity and WiFi) and the term is month to month. Small dog and cat allowed, and no smoking. The move in requirements include first month's rent ($2,000) and a re-fundable security deposit of $2,000. An application fee of $40 for each resident over 18 years of age is required. Renter must agree to abide by all HOA rules and regulations.
