Summer season begins in mid-May and ends on September 30th. Rentals during this period have a 1-week minimum requirement and begin on Friday. We do allow shorter than 7-day rentals but not at the posted rate. Long-term rentals are available from October to May at a discounted rate. The rates posted are for short-term winter rentals.
