Residents have access to an on-site pool, and during the winter months, the driveway is plowed and walkways are regularly shoveled. Rent includes electricity and hot water. During the winter, tenants are responsible for heating via a propane-powered Rinnai heater. There will be a month to month lease initially, after six months of on-time payments, a one year lease will be issued to the tenant(s). There will be a credit check and income verification as part of the process. The lease will begin on a month-to-month basis. After three months of consistent, on-time rent payments, the owner is open to offering a one-year lease.
