This one-bedroom *basement apartment will be freshly painted before the move-in date of September 1, 2025. Located in the scenic White Mountain region, the unit is part of the Gateway Townhouse community and sits less than a mile from nearby hiking trails. Residents have access to an on-site pool, and during the winter months, the driveway is plowed and walkways are regularly shoveled. Rent includes electricity and hot water. During the winter, tenants are responsible for heating via a propane-powered Rinnai heater. There will be a month to month lease initially, after six months of on-time payments, a one year lease will be issued to the tenant(s). There will be a credit check and income verification as part of the process. The lease will begin on a month-to-month basis. After three months of consistent, on-time rent payments, the owner is open to offering a one-year lease. A non-refundable $250 cleaning fee is required and will be used for cleaning services at the end of the lease. Prior to move-in, a security deposit of $1,250 must be paid. The first month's rent will be due on the day of move-in.
