Fully furnished private room and bathroom located on 1st floor! (I prefer a female tenant, ( I also have a studio with separate entrance and private bathroom on lower level that is available to either male or female ) I myself am A female RN who lives on 2nd floor with 7yr old son (we are barely home, gone on most days 7am to 7pm) . Shared kitchen & laundry, parking in driveway, 10 min to T & 5 min to center of town, close to restaurants, bars, local shops & gym all utilities included & wifi. shared kitchen. I am an RN working and studying to be an NP. My 7-year-old son lives me with me full time and with his dad every other weekend. We leave the house from 7am to 7pm some nites even later. quiet neighborhood, close to everything, local shops & nite life, commuter rail and gyms. everything is within 10 min or less drive. 20/30 min to Boston 40 to 50 min to Providence 10min to highway. I have mostly rented to traveling professionals, looking for 3 months stays ,although that last traveling healthcare professional stayed for 18 months. I am open to 1 month stays or longer. fully furnished room located on 1st floor next to full private bathroom.
