Utilities are included in rent (internet, heat, water, electricity). First month + security deposit are due at signing, before move-in. No smoking allowed. Pets only allowed at the discretion of owner (only small-medium sized animals who are well-behaved!) as the unit comes fully furnished with designer furniture.
