This home is located 3/4 of a mile from the ocean front that is accessible by car with public parking. This is an upscale unit with granite counter tops and a fully equipped galley kitchen. Under house parking is available and a covered and screened porch is on the backside of the house. Our recommendation is no adults of 150 pounds or more on the bunks they are made for children other than that it sleeps a maximum of 4 adults and 4 children in the 3 bedrooms. Washer and dryer included. Owner Paid utilities include: Electric water/sewer trash cable/internet and landscaping. Master: Queen Bed Full Bath Ensuite Bunk Room: 2 sets of bunk beds sleeps 4 children only due to weight limit on bunks.
