The Rainey Street Historic District is a street of historic homes, many of the bungalow style, in downtown Austin, Texas. Rainey Street is positioned near Lady Bird Lake and Interstate 35 in the southeast corner of downtown. Parties are not permitted at this home. There is a communal laundry room for all guests to use. During your stay, you'll have access to all of the community's amenities including the gym, pool, and lounge area. You may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
