Parties are not permitted in the unit or anywhere else in the building, and fines may be imposed for disruptive behavior. The primary guest must be 25 years or older and present for the entire reservation. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. Please do not leave personal items on the balcony as they may blow away during high winds. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. For safety reasons, lighting candles is not allowed inside the property. The communal pool is available from 7 AM to 12 AM on the 33rd Floor, and only registered guests are permitted. No glass is allowed in and around the pool or hot tub, and a $500 fine will be charged if pets enter the pool area. The communal fitness center and outdoor lounge are available 24/7 on the 10th floor. There is a trash room on every floor near the elevators for your convenience. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76F (heating) or below 68F (cooling) to avoid overloading the system. Keep doors and windows closed as much as possible to maintain the temperature. If you encounter any issues, contact us for assistance. Texas is home to plenty of bugs, especially during cricket season in September. Keep windows and doors closed to help keep them outside, and use the bug spray provided under the sink if needed.
