Smoking, fireworks, pets, and parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Please do not leave personal items on the balcony as they may blow away during high winds. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. For safety reasons, lighting candles is not allowed inside the property. The HOA has the right to remove guests from common areas and impose fines for disruptive behavior. If fines are incurred due to guest behavior, the guest will be responsible for the fines. The communal pool is available from 7 AM to 12 AM on the 33rd Floor, and only registered guests are permitted. The pool should be used at your own risk, as there is no lifeguard on duty. Children under 16 should be supervised at all times. No glass is allowed in and around the pool or hot tub. Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, with a $500 fine for violations. There is a trash room on every floor near the elevators, and all trash should be placed in the designated chute. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling) to avoid overloading the system. Adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep doors and windows closed as much as possible. Texas is home to plenty of bugs, especially during cricket season in September. Keep windows and doors closed to help keep them outside, and use the bug spray provided if needed.
